Pricing Structure
Labour: We will repair and setup most HSP, Ansmann, Schumacher and HPI RC Cars for £24.99, however there may be additional labour charges if your model is in very bad condition.
Spares: If your car needs any replacement parts these will be charged at current website prices.
Return P+P: We will return the model to you by courrier for £9.49
How it works
1) First, email us at info@rcmodscars.co.uk with a brief description of the problem.
2) We will then provide you with a unique job reference number and shipping address to send the model to.
3) Once we have received the model, we will do a full quotation for the work needed as per your instructions. We will then contact you for approval.
If you are happy with the quotation we will then go ahead with the job and contact you for payment once the model is ready to return to you.
4) If you decide you do not want us to go ahead with the job then we will just charge you £9.49 to return the model to you by courier.
5) Its very important you send the model to us clean, if not we reserve the right to charge a fee for the cleaning so we are able to carry out the repair.
